People: who buys, and how their work goes
Every contracting officer named on a federal notice since fiscal 2022, with email, phone and office. Then the part nobody else has: how the work each one put out actually went. How often it drew two bidders or fewer. How often it was placed with no competition. How often it went to a firm the buyer had never used.
How to use it. Search by name, office or agency. When a row on a board says get known to the office first, this is where you find out who that is and what they tend to do. A record shows only once enough of a person's notices match an award. Below that we say so instead of guessing.
Everyone who has been the named contact on a SAM.gov notice since fiscal 2022, with what they post and how often. What we add, behind the subscription: how the work each person put out actually went, from the award record — how often it drew two offers or fewer, how often it was placed without competition, how often it went to a firm the buyer had never used. A record shows only once 5 of their notices match an award. Notices through 2026-10-27.
